Who We Are

EM2 Pyro Next was built from real field frustrations: messy wiring, limited visibility, wasted cues, weather-exposed gear, and safety workflows that depend too much on manual checking.

PyroNext started with someone who has loved fireworks since childhood and spent a career in IT building systems that make complex things simpler, more reliable, and easier to manage. Somewhere along the way those two worlds collided — and the result is a hardware and software platform designed the way field systems should have been designed from the start.

We are building the intelligent field layer for modern pyrotechnic operations — hardware and software that works alongside existing controllers while making the downstream field setup smarter, safer, and easier to verify.

PyroNext focuses on the field layer — the wiring, output rails, and safety logic that sit between your firing controller and your igniters. We make that layer smarter without asking you to replace anything you already own.

We build infrastructure that drops into shows you are already running:

  • Intelligent connection hardware at the rack
  • Smart output rails that understand what is happening at the igniter level
  • Built-in legacy compatibility — COBRA, Ignite, and other systems connect straight in via cable harnesses
  • A web-based design tool that speaks the same language as the field hardware

Instead of asking you to throw everything away and start over, PyroNext drops into the shows you are already running — and adds smarter routing, better continuity insight, and safer field execution on every job.

Founded by

EM2 Pyro Next was founded by an IT systems architect with a lifelong passion for pyrotechnics — combining enterprise workflow design, field hardware engineering, and hands-on experience in the industry. The frustrations that built this product were real ones, encountered on real shows.
